Ólafur, my Ólafur & the luminous Edda

Ólafur is our second plumber to take part in Eyes as Big as Plates. His wife got in touch saying ‘my Ólafur will do it!’ Brave Ólafur met us open-minded and enthusiastic just east of Grindavík, hugging the coastline of the Atlantic ocean.

Our second shoot of the day was with Edda, who told us her name means great grandmother in Icelandic. In the first picture we saw of Edda, she had a wide smile and a mojito in her hand. She was hired immediately.
