Eyes as Big as Plates – Greenland (we wish)

Great news! We got on the plane today and flew 2.5 hours towards Greenland! In the less great news we then turned around and flew another 2.5 back to Reykjavik. We have been on standby in Iceland since Thursday evening, and as much as we love it here we are itching to get our eyes on that neigbouring icy island. It is the very tail end of the season and the weather is showing its more vibrant side with downpours, gales and today; snow. Stay posted, we’ll try taking off tomorrow again at 11am.
