The heat is on – Kickstarter day four!

We are four days into our 30-day campaign, the heat is on and just in case you need further convincing, here’s a sneak peek into the book; Tuija from Finland! Need we say more?

On midsummer’s eve 2012 Riitta’s luminous aunt Tuija bravely stepped into the dark waters of lake Kelvä in North Karelia, wearing nothing but her favourite plant, the Lillypad. A freezing model in icecold water, a moving photography ‘dock’, a curious dog (RIP Debbie) and one vigorously rowing mum – a recipe for a formidable photo shoot challenge! Want to read the full story? Buy the book! Want to see Tuija? Go check out the Kiasma Museum of Contemporary Art collection in Helsinki where she is a permanent resident!

Pre-buying the book, a postcard or a print through our Kickstarter campaign is how you can help us realise this book! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/eyesasbigasplates/eyes-as-big-as-plates The more people hop onboard RIGHT NOW, the more likely we are to succeed – so please back us – no matter how much or how little – this is a people power thing! (By pressing that green button on the Kickstarter page that says ‘back this project’, you don’t risk anything: you will get your money back if we don’t reach 100% of our campaign goal by March 16th).

We have 26 days to go – Let’s do it!

Here’s to a great start, let’s keep it going and please spread the word!
