We left Paris to continue our French chapter of Eyes as Big as Plates in Dijon. An evening of exquisite homemade Southeast Asian food in the family shop of Anemone, Bea and Phetsavath prepared us for a trek up the majestic Combe Lavaux Réserve Naturelle the next morning (and put Riitta straight into production mode.
